Position new recruits for rapid and continuous growth

Pat Saxman joined as Chief Growth Officer. He will lead the company into its next phase of growth by improving the end-to-end experience for healthcare customers. Saxman brings extensive healthcare and sales experience, having previously served as SVP, Patient Experience at R1 RCM; Director of Growth at VisitPay; and President, Enterprise Sales at ZocDoc. He has also held senior sales and marketing positions at Ginger and GE Healthcare.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Saxman spent five years in the military as a battalion commander’s chief of staff and an Apache helicopter pilot. He holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and lives in Atlanta with his wife and three young children.

She is responsible for developing and executing the company’s long-term people operations strategy, including corporate culture and values, learning and development, career, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and broader HR compliance.
McCorkle has nearly two decades of experience in people management, most recently as vice president of people and culture at Bloomerang. Previous employers include PERQ and BF Saul Co. She holds an MBA and Masters in Human Resource Management from Marymount University and lives in Indianapolis with her husband and children.
